Initial Consultation : $50.00* An important part of our assessment is to view your chosen space, discuss your requirements/ budget, make initial suggestions and assess how much involvement you need from us. We will visit you at your home and spend at least an hour discussing your requirements: We will complete a full survey of the space to be redesigned and may also make sketches and take photographs at this stage. Following this meeting we will send you a detailed quotation for the work we propose to undertake. *(Only within 5 Miles of Holiday FL- Otherwise there is an additional $10.00 travel fee)
Design Fee: As quoted - The design fee includes 2 -90 minute on-site consultations. In addition we will provide you with sourcing information for all fabrics, floor and wall coverings, acquire samples and brochures as required and create a sample board detailing key items of furniture lighting and accessories. All items suggested within our design can be purchased through us. Sketches, floor plans and elevations are also included where appropriate. Color rendered 3D drawings can also be provided at an additional cost of $75.00 if the client requires.
Subsequent meetings: Will be billed at a Per Hour fee (varies depending in project and location) .After the initial meeting we will have some idea of how you wish to proceed with the design. At a second meeting you will be presented with an outline of the proposed design, color scheme, materials etc for Your approval. We will then continue to make as many site visits as necessary to establish the exact detail of your requirements, presenting design suggestions and samples as appropriate. How long all this takes varies according to the complexity of your particular project. We will be able to give you some idea of the time/costs involved at the outset of the project for this phase of the design process. Once you have approved the proposed design, we will move onto creating your design in detail.All Fabrics, wallpapers, furniture and accessories are supplied at extremely competitive rates. A detailed quotation is supplied for the client's approval and a 75% deposit is required prior to the placement of any purchase orders. There are no additional costs for standard postage, telephone calls or travel within a 5-mile radius of Holiday. The standard design fee covers almost all our day-to-day costs, however some costs will become chargeable, unavoidable accommodation fees for example are chargeable at cost. A design fee of 50% is payable upon engagement with the remainder payable upon delivery of sample boards and specifications. A deposit of 75% (100% for bespoke items) is required before any purchase orders for materials or products are placed with the remainder payable before delivery. All professional fees will be billed directly to the client.
